Q. How do I make a purchase?

A. Purchasing from us is easy. Browse through the sections to find the sweets you are looking for, or use the search tool. Then click on the 'add to basket' button, your order will update, once finished, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for your delivery & payment details.


Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A.We accept credit card and debit card payments, handled by our secure processing facility by HSBC bank. Purchases away from the UK will automatically be converted into Sterling by HSBC.


Q. Are my orders secure?

A. Credit and debit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed and are not held in clear text on any web site. Credit and debit card details are securely processed and we do not see any of these details, we simply receive confirmation that your transaction has been authorised with your nominated card provider.


Q. How are orders processed?

A. Orders received before 4pm are despatched the same day (Monday to Friday). It is unusual for us not to hold all the stock listed on the site, however, if, in the unlikely event we do not have the item you wish to order, we will notify you by email with an alternative offer or the opportunity to cancel.


Q. What are my options for delivery?

A. UK DELIVERIES – We send your order through the Royal Mail system by first class post usually 1 to 2 working days from the date of posting.

OUTSIDE UK – Please e-mail us your order and we will contact you with delivery charges for your agreement before despatching your order.


Q. Where do the sweets come from?

A. Our sweets are from recognisable manufacturers only, we source these through a number of reliable suppliers that we believe offer the highest quality products. We constantly compare the quality of our lines so that you receive exceptional sweets.
