Delivery Schedule UK DELIVERIES - Your order is sent using Royal Mail or Courier dependent on weight & destination, Royal Mail deliver within 1 to 2 working days from date of posting. Courier deliveries are sent on a next day service, we recommend this service if order is a gift & needed on a particular day. OUTSIDE UK - Deliveries outside of the UK can take between 3-5 days dependent on destination, We will always contact you with shipping costs prior to dispatching your order.

Back Orders On rare occassions your choice may not be in stock, we are happy to offer an alternative or we will notify you as soon as your preferred product is available again.

Tax Charges We currently do not charge VAT on orders.

Credit Card Security We accept credit card and debit card payments, this is handled by our secure processing facility by HSBC bank. Purchases away from the UK will automatically be converted into Sterling by HSBC. Credit and debit card numbers are encrypted when your order is placed and are not held in clear text on any web site. Credit and debit card details are securely processed and we do not see any of these details, we simply receive confirmation that your transaction has been authorised with your nominated card provider.

Guarantee We only supply the highest quality brands & use recommended & reliable suppliers. We dedicate a great deal of time to personally testing the sweets we offer (it's a hard job but someone has to do it...) so you can rest assured that you are receiving that which matches your online choice and tastes just as you remember. We cannot guarantee that products supplied do not contain nuts, many products are produced in factories where nuts are present.
